Deposits

Making a deposit or having another person make a deposit to your CaribPay Account is a simple process. There are several options available for making Deposits to your CaribPay Account.

TreasureCard

A TreasureCard is a proprietary prepaid debit card sold exclusively by TreasureCom Financial Holdings through CaribPay authorized agents. The cards are available in seven US$ denominations, which are $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $750, & $1,000. The recommended agent fee per TreasureCard purchase is US$2. Armed with a TreasureCard, which can be purchased only at retail outlets, any person (including yourself) can transfer money to your account at CaribPay. You just simply provide the person with your deposit URL link from CaribPay and simply instruct the person to follow the instruction given at the URL link for making deposit to your account. You can also call the toll free number 1-800-940-9633 and make a deposit with your TreasureCard using our customer service representatives. Making a deposit with a TreasureCard is the fastest method for moving cash into your CaribPay Master.

Electronic Funds Transfer via ACH can be used to move funds directly from your USA bank accounts into your CaribPay Master Account. Before you can make a deposit with your USA bank account(s) into your CaribPay Master account you will be required to register each USA Bank account. During the registration process you will be asked to verify each U.S. bank account you wish to register with CaribPay. Upon verification you will be provided with a bank account activation code which you must use to activate the account(s) before you may use it to make deposits. EFT deposits usually take 2 - 6 business days to enter your CaribPay Account. A 2% cash service fee is charged to customers loading their CaribPay account with a credit/debit/bank cards

Credit Card/Bankcards/Debit Cards deposits can be made directly from within the CaribPay site. However, each credit card you use to deposit funds into CaribPay account must first be registered and verified at CaribPay. During the registration process you will be asked to verify each card account you wish to register with CaribPay. Upon verification you will be provided with a card account activation code which you must use to activate the account(s) before you may use it to make deposits. A 3% cash service fee is charged to customers loading their CaribPay account with a credit/debit/bank cards. The cards which can be used are MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover.

Direct Deposit to a TreasureCom Financial Holdings Bank of America Account - deposits can be made directly to TreasureCom Financial Holdings Bank of America (BOA) account. To utilize this method you first call it to get our BOA account information. Once you have been provided with the BOA information you may go to any BOA branch and make a deposit. After you have made the deposit you will need to call in to notify us of the deposit. We will verify that the deposit is made and upon verification we will then reflect the amount in your CaribPay master account. There are no additional fees charged to your transaction when you use this method to transfer funds into your CaribPay account.

Direct Deposit from another CaribPay Master Account - deposits can be made directly to your CaribPay Master Account from another CaribPay member Master Account. You may initiate an email request for a deposit to your Master Account from another member from your CaribPay user profile. There are no additional fees charged to your transaction when you use this method to transfer funds into your CaribPay account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your CaribPay Account are made by moving money from the CaribPay Master Account to a CaribPay sub account. Your funds, when withdrawn from the CaribPay Master Account, are immediately available in executing the CaribPay sub account activities. The withdrawal process is a rather simple process to accomplish.

Order and or reload a CaribPay issued Visa Card (Coming in January 2005).

CaribPay Person to Person Payment
You can transfer money from your Master CaribPay Account to a Person to Person Payment CaribPay Sub account. This withdrawal action allows you to transfer money directly to someone in the Caribbean. To do so you are required to setup each receiver as a CaribPay Person to Person sub account. Once you had setup each receiver you may then withdraw funds directly to that person. Depending on the option you chose for the person to receive the funds you are to inform the person of the availability of the funds. You can setup as many CaribPay person to person receivers you want in one or more countries in the Caribbean.

CaribPay Permanent Long distance Telephone Calling Card Account
You can transfer money from your CaribPay Account directly into your CaribPay Telephone Calling Card account. To do this you would need to have selected the appropriate withdrawal options under your Profile section of CaribPay. Transferring money from your main CaribPay account to your CaribPay Telephone calling card account effectively reloads your telephone calling card to the amount transferred. Upon effective transfer, your calling card is immediately available to be used and you may follow the instructions as provided at www.Caribpay.com for placing your long distance telephone calls.

Bill Payment
You can withdraw money from your CaribPay Master Account to make bill payments to any biller within the USA or Jamaica. To do so you need to go to www.GlobalbillPay.com and log into your bill pay account using the same password and username as you use to log into your www.CaribPay.com account. Follow the instructions found within the www.Globalbillpay.com account and select CaribPay account as your option to make payments for the bills be paid.
